Akonix Rogue Aware is a free monitoring tool that detects and reports on IM and P2P File Sharing use within corporate networks. Rogue Aware quickly exposes hidden instant messaging and P2P traffic and allows IT administrators to view usage statistics. Rogue Aware is critical risk management tool in assessing network vulnerabilities during security audits. Supported IM networks include AOL, MSN, and YAHOO. Supported P2P clients include KaZaA, KaZaA Lite, Grokster, Bearshare, Limewire, Morpheus, Shareaza, Phex, Swapper, and Xolox.
