When presented with a scheduling request, AboutTime searches all the relevant constraints from: 

  • Microsoft Exchange
  • Outlook calendars
  • Configured constraints stored in AboutTime
  • Optionally, obtain constraints from your existing IT systems

Within seconds, our optimization engine presents the best set of schedule times that will satisfy all the constraints of the scheduling request.  Once a time is chosen, the individual calendars and availability of resources are instantly updated.

Product Architecture.

AboutTime is developed entirely using Microsoft’s .NET architecture. Our web services based architecture combined with Microsoft Exchange lets AboutTime seamlessly integrate into your scheduling workflow.
