Purpose
The purpose of this article is to teach you the process of displaying the network library version numbers and file name in Microsoft SQL Server 2000.
To Display the Network Library Version Numbers and File Name
Information about the network library i.e. library, library file name, version, file date, and size using Client Network Utility in Microsoft SQL Server 2000 can be displayed by following the steps as below:
1. Click Start, go to Programs, then go to Microsoft SQL Server, and click Client Network Utility.

2. Click Network Libraries tab.

Network library version numbers and file name is displayed in the details pane.
