The folders and their contents are deleted when you delete shortcut folders from the Picture Shortcuts task pane in Picture Manager 2003
Description: When you add a shortcut to the Picture Shortcuts task pane in Microsoft Office Picture Manager 2003, you can select the folders and the subfolders at the location that is defined by the picture shortcut. If you delete these folders from the Picture Shortcuts task pane, you are actually deleting the folders and all their contents from their physical location on either a local or a network drive.

The Setup.ini Wizard is not available with the Office 2003 Resource Kit
Description: The Microsoft Office 2003 Resource Kit does not include the Setup.ini Wizard. Microsoft does not recommend that you use the Microsoft Office XP Resource Kit's version of the Setup.ini Wizard. It has not been tested and it is not supported when used to modify the Setup.ini Wizard for Office 2003.

Description: Machine Debug Manager (MDM.EXE), version 7.0.9466.0, is included in Microsoft Visual Studio .NET, Microsoft Office 2003, and a Microsoft Office XP post-Service Pack 3 release. By default, the debugging permissions have been enhanced to make debugging permissions more restrictive in Machine Debug Manager (MDM.EXE), version 7.0.9466.0. As a security enhancement, users who do not belong to the Administrators group or to the Debugger Users group will not be able to debug scripts with the Microsoft Script Editor.

You cannot remove Service Pack 1 for Office 2003 products
Description: When you click Service Pack 1 for Office 2003 in the Currently installed programs and updates list of the Add or Remove Programs dialog box, the Remove button does not appear. This behavior occurs by design in Office 2003 SP1. If the service pack was removed, your Office 2003 installation may be left in an unstable state.
